The HID Signo® Readers in White are designed to bring both style and security to modern buildings. With their clean white finish and silver trim, they blend naturally into light interiors, making them a great choice for lobbies, offices, and premium spaces. HID Signo readers in white offer modern access control while blending seamlessly into clean, design-focused interior environments.

The series includes four models—Signo 20, 20K, 40, and 40K—covering both slim mullion and standard wall-switch installations. The “K” models feature a capacitive keypad for PIN-based entry, giving you the option of card-plus-PIN security where needed.

HID Signo White Readers: Multi-Technology Access Control with Seos & Prox

Signo readers are built to be future-ready. They support a wide range of existing credentials, from high-frequency formats such as Seos®, iCLASS SE®, iCLASS®, MIFARE Classic, and DESFire EV1/EV2/EV3, to legacy 125 kHz cards like HID Prox®, Indala®, Dorado®, and EM. This makes it easier to upgrade systems without replacing everything at once.

Out of the box, these readers are mobile-enabled with Bluetooth® and NFC. They also support Apple’s Enhanced Contactless Polling (ECP), which allows Apple Wallet credentials to be used for secure and convenient access.

Security is built in at every level. Each reader includes a certified secure element to protect cryptographic keys, while surface detection technology automatically adjusts performance depending on the wall material. They also offer support for OSDP for secure, two-way communication with controllers, while still working with Wiegand for compatibility with older setups.

Rated for outdoor use with IP65 protection, HID Signo White readers can handle both indoor and exterior doors. This means you can keep a consistent look and feel across your entire facility while maintaining strong, reliable security.
