HID ELEMENT’s high-resolution printing ranges from 600 dpi to 1200 dpi, delivering sharper images and the ability to precisely print small text, complex characters and crisply defined barcodes that rival even pre-printed cards. With six configurable ink channels and support for both full-color or monochrome text and full-color graphics printing, HID ELEMENT gives you the power to create dynamic, visually rich, ID and financial cards like never before. Choose from standard or exclusive, custom colors to bring distinctive card designs to life and/or leverage fluorescing inks to bolster card security.
Furthermore, new methods for card security and durability are introduced by HID ELEMENT’s inkjet technology. Images and text can optionally have a clear ink layer applied over them after color ink has been applied.
